  • To boil : Fill a 4-quart pot with water, add 4 tablespoons of salt, and bring to a boil. Add seeds and boil for 10 minutes. Dry and proceed with the recipe.
  • To soak : Add 1 tablespoon of salt to a quart of water, add the seeds, and soak for at least 8 hours or overnight. Dry and proceed.
