Description
Fun, festive no-bake Oreo truffles coated in red and blue candy melts, drizzled with white chocolate, and topped with patriotic sprinkles — the perfect treat for summer parties and 4th of July celebrations.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 package Oreo cookies (Family Size, about 1 lb 2 oz)
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 12 oz red candy melts
- 12 oz blue candy melts
- ⅓ cup white melting wafers, almond bark, or white chocolate chips
- Patriotic sprinkles or white star confetti sprinkles
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by smashing in a zip-top bag.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in Oreo crumbs until fully combined.
- Scoop and roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a parchment-lined tray.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours or freeze for 20–30 minutes.
- Melt red and blue candy melts in separate bowls until smooth.
- Dip half the balls in red and the other half in blue, tapping off excess coating.
- While wet, decorate with patriotic sprinkles. Melt white chocolate and drizzle over red-coated balls.
- Chill until coating is set, about 20–30 minutes.
- Serve on a platter or store in an airtight container in the fridge.
Notes
Keep chilled until serving to prevent softening. Store in the fridge for up to one week or freeze for up to two months. Get creative by switching up Oreo flavors or turning them into cake pops with lollipop sticks.
