- 1 cup brewed hibiscus tea, cooled
- 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 cup coconut water
- Juice of 1 lime
- Ice cubes

Instructions
- Brew the hibiscus tea by steeping 2-3 hibiscus tea bags or loose flowers in boiling water for 5-10 minutes. Let it cool completely in the refrigerator.
- In a blender, combine cooled hibiscus tea, pineapple chunks, coconut water, and lime juice. Add a handful of ice cubes.
- Blend on high until smooth and frothy. Adjust consistency by adding more coconut water if needed.
- Taste and tweak the flavor by adding extra lime juice or pineapple as desired.
- Pour into glasses and garnish with fresh sage or mint leaves.
