Description

A vibrant, sweet-tart summer drink made with fresh lemon juice and blue raspberry syrup—perfect for parties, pool days, and everything in between.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice (from about 68 lemons)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup water (for simple syrup)
  • 4 cups cold water (or sparkling water for fizz)
  • ¾ cup blue raspberry syrup
  • Optional: a few drops blue food coloring
  • Garnishes: fresh raspberries, lemon slices, and mint sprigs

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water. Heat over medium, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Let cool.
  2. Juice lemons to get 1 cup fresh lemon juice.
  3. In a large pitcher, mix the cooled simple syrup, lemon juice, 4 cups cold water, and blue raspberry syrup.
  4. Stir in blue food coloring, if using.
  5. Taste and adjust with more lemon juice or syrup if needed.
  6. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Serve over ice with optional garnishes.

Notes

Make lemonade ice cubes with leftovers to avoid watering it down. Add fresh fruit or herbs for a decorative touch.
